Welcome to Talented Tester. My name is Wayne Vassell and I am the owner and creator of this website.

Who Am I?

I am Software Testing contractor with over 15 years of experience. At the time of writing I am working as a Test Manager for a large blue chip energy company. During my career I have worked for a number of top companies and clients as Test lead/Manager, including Virgin Mobile, O2, BT and many more.

Why did I create Talented Tester?

During my career as a Tester many people have asked me about what I do. When they find out how lucrative testing can be they often wonder how they can get involved. I also found that were people already involved in testing that just needed some help to advance their careers so they can increase their market value. This site is my answer to helping these people understand what they need to do to get to the next level.
